Disconnect any power source from marker – air, etc. Remove hammer cap, then hammer assembly from rear of marker. Using 1/8 th allen key, hold shaft & remove hammer – may require some heat to soften Loctite. Replace stock shaft with NDZ shaft & o-ring. Lube with DOW 33, install in housing.
